Liffey Archers  Archery of the Year Competition  2017 -2018

Updated rules.

 

Competition open to all members of Liffey Archers

Points can be obtained at any archery competition run by an Archery Ireland Club or recognised by World Archery.

If you take part in a competition and shoot at least one arrow you receive 1 Point.

If you are placed in the top 3 of your category you receive a second point.

If you compete in more than one category you do Not receive extra points.

To claim your points you must contact the Records Officer (Mark Christensin)  no later than the Monday following the competition.

The archer Must wear their Liffey Archers jersey at the competition

In order to be entitled to claim their points.

The records officer may ask for proof of your points and that you were wearing the club jersey.

The week after the National Series Finals the points will be calculated and the archer with the most points wins.

First prize is the Archer of the Year Trophy which the archer keeps for 1 year.

Second prize is any one item from the Liffey Archers/O’Neills website shop.

If any archers have the same points in 1st or 2nd. place they will have a one arrow shoot off to see who finishes in the higher position.

The Records Officers decisions are final and can not be questioned.
